Orckid planned the site map and designed the key structural templates to create a logical user journey and experience across all platforms and devices. The CMS backbone was tailor made, providing a future-proof platform with which to build on, with the ability to take a modular approach to expansion.
This modular approach was later tested when we integrate a 'Global Resellers' module, allowing customers to view their resellers worldwide and be redirected to their individual websites.
A main objective of the site was to provoke customer dialogue and encourage interaction. 'Call to action' prompts and links to key company social profiles were incorporated to encourage sign up. Data capture provided new opportunities allowing 'follow up' of potential leads.
The new site has proven to be a great success. Not only in providing reassurance to existing clients, but in the generation of major leads from indirect traffic, resulting in new business on a global platform.
