Today businesses need to be smarter in the ways we conduct ourselves, to remain at the forefront and have that competitive edge. Working closely with British Gas, ORCKID identified an opportunity to improve customer experiences and increase business efficiencies through an appointment management console.


UX + Wireframe

ORCKID designed a scalable self-service module, to empower the customer with instant 24/7 access to manage their bookings. The module helped increase customer satisfaction, whilst minimising cancellations and therefore reducing capacity demands and improving business efficiencies.



Due to its success, the build continues to grow with integrated payment gateway via Worldpay, real-time finance applications through Barclays and core system CRM processes including Salesforce, providing customers a truly end-to-end experience, exceeding demands and adding value to the business.
